Method

  1. Drambuie is scotch already sweetened with honey and herbs, so it needs nothing but length and acid.
  2. Soda over hard ice, lemon squeezed in and the peel dropped after.
  3. One part Drambuie to three of soda. It is sweeter than it looks and it takes over quickly.
  4. It is the easiest way into a bottle most people own and never open.
