Method

  1. Equal parts cheap red wine and cola over ice. It is Basque, it is genuinely good, and it is best not overthought.
  2. The wine should be cheap. Good wine is wasted and its tannins fight the cola.
  3. Both must be properly cold before they meet, since ice alone will not save a warm build.
  4. A lemon wedge squeezed in, which most people skip and which makes it a drink rather than a dare.
