Method

  1. 2 oz Campari and fresh orange juice over ice. Two ingredients.
  2. The orange juice must be fluffy — juiced immediately, or whipped briefly with a stick blender or hand frother.
  3. That aeration is the entire drink. Flat orange juice and Campari is a fine thing; fluffy orange juice and Campari is the reason this has a name.
  4. Never bottled juice. There is nowhere for it to hide.
