Method

  1. Frozen berries, not fresh berries plus ice. Ice dilutes; frozen fruit chills and thickens at the same time.
  2. Yogurt goes in for body and tang, milk only to get the blender moving. Add it a splash at a time.
  3. Honey last, after tasting. Berries vary enormously and a fixed amount of sweetener is a guess.
  4. Blend hard for a minute. Under-blended berry seeds are gritty and stay gritty.
