Method

  1. Fresh orange juice and vanilla stirred together first, then the cream poured over the back of a spoon so it sits on top.
  2. Do not stir it in. The layers are the drink, and the pleasure is breaking them yourself.
  3. Soda underneath, added before the cream, so the whole thing lifts.
  4. Acid curdles cream on contact, so this has a short life. Build it in front of whoever is drinking it.
