Method

  1. 2 oz amaro, 3 oz prosecco, a splash of soda, built over ice in a wine glass.
  2. Amaro instead of Aperol makes a spritz for people who find Aperol too sweet, which is most people by the third one.
  3. Orange slice, or a green olive if the amaro is on the vegetal side, which sounds wrong and is not.
  4. Wine in before the soda, one lift, and no stirring.
